bbokk Terms and Conditions

bbokk is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bbokk ("Platform", "we", "us") and registered users of the platform ("you", "user").

• Each individual is permitted to register only one account.
• There must be no legal restrictions in your region that prevent you from accessing the platform's services.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information gives bbokk the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account, and any balance held in the account may be forfeited. It is your responsibility to notify the support team immediately if any of your details change.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the bbokk support team immediately.

3.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on bbokk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The deposit process is generally completed instantly. Any mobile banking charges applicable to deposits will apply in accordance with the rules of the respective service provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used at the time of deposit. bbokk may request additional information before processing a withdrawal for security verification purposes.

• If there are any pending bets on the withdrawable balance, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
• bbokk reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbokk platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent of abusing bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Impersonating another user or operating an account under a false identity.
• Conducting deposits or withdrawals on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to cheat or gain an unfair advantage in any game on the platform.
• Assisting minors in creating accounts or participating in games.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 10 (ten) times the bonus amount received. This wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. For example: after receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Promotions

bbokk may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. By participating in any promotion, you will be considered to have accepted the specific terms of that promotion. bbokk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

bbokk's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity and engagement. bbokk reserves the right to modify the terms and benefits of the VIP program.

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on bbokk are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The platform operates in a secure and encrypted environment with SSL protection. Users' personal and financial information is stored in accordance with the highest security standards.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or a transaction, please email [email protected] with full details or contact us via live chat within seven (7) business days of the date of the incident. After a complaint is submitted, bbokk will conduct a proper investigation and provide a fair decision. Complaints submitted after the specified period may not be considered.

7.3 Technical Errors

10.1 Closure by the User

bbokk may immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts.
